Beef & Mushroom Braised Stew Recipe Tonight's dinner... OMG, WOW! did not use any alcohol (wine or brandy) and just used beef broth. sub cornstarch for flour to thicken and added about 3TBSP of balsamic vinegar at the finish. YUMMMY!
